Pause and try out labyrinths as a tool for taking care of yourself. We’ll show you how to ground yourself in a 4,000-year-old practice used by cultures around the world to restore bodies, minds, and spirits. Unlike mazes, labyrinths have one path to the center and back out again, so you can never be lost in a labyrinth. You’ll have a chance to practice using the labyrinth, and you’ll consider practical ways to integrate labyrinths into your personal and professional lives. This is a non-judgmental atmosphere where everyone will be truly welcome. It will be accessible to people with disabilities, but please contact the presenter (JoyfulLabyrinth@gmail.com) to confirm any access needs you may have, for disabilities or other life circumstances.
